Karl suggests adding some additional money to the budget, just in case. This greatly violates Clarissa’s moral code, but she remains silent during the meeting.
Ron keeps silent because he believes the team looks down upon his personal culture and background.
Sarah believes the whole meeting is wasting everyone’s time anyway because the team does not have enough information to create a realistic budget.
Tamara agrees that Karl is right and calls for a vote.
