You need to use and analyze this database for this study. You don�t use measures such as ROA, asset age, ROE and return on sales.
Data you use for the analysis are corporate governance and HR utilization as the independent variables, and the company’s financial performance as the dependent variable. As with these data, each item was assigned one of five ratings: AAA, AA, A, B and C. In this analysis, the following values will be allocated: AAA=5, AA=4, A=3, B=2, C=1, and invaluable =0.
