Topic area: It is not unusual for patients in the United States hospitals to acquire preventable diseases infections and conditions during their stay in the hospital

– My research will explore the topic area mentioned above. It will first explore the common nosocomial infections that patients acquire during their hospital stays as well as the prevalence rates of the infectious hospital-acquired diseases. The second thing to explore will be factors that contribute to the development of the nosocomial diseases. Thirdly, I will explore the solutions or measures that can effectively mitigate the problem of developing the hospital acquired infectious diseases. Each measure or strategy will be discussed independently but a fourth section titled “challenges that undermine implementation of mitigation methods” will investigate joint and method-specific challenges of implementing the interventions. The other section, which will also be the last will contain recommendations that can be implemented to reduce the prevalence of hospital-acquired infectious diseases for hospitalized individuals. The format and organization of the paper is important as well for the purposes of easy exploration and comprehension. As such, the paper will be arranged as follows: introduction, background, main content (topic sections mentioned above), and conclusion.
