Introduction should contain the following:
Extended biographical information
Use the information obtained from your approved biographical research article to write a detailed biographical sketch of the author
include details about the author’s:
background (date and place of birth, family background, education, etc
life (specific details about the author’s life,marital and social status, influences, and contemporaries. Be sure to mention those details from the author’s life that directly influenced his or her writing.
culture ( specific detail about historical era in which author grew up or came of age)

Brief Synopsis of Story and Relevant Critical Information
Provide a 2-3 paragraph overall summary of the story and discuss any critical information you learned about the story from the class room lecture and discussion. You may also cite additional information from your research article.
